Develop and implement treatment plans and provide speech therapy to children in a play-based approach in their natural learning environments (in-person with some Telehealth opportunities)Work with our relationship-based model to support and facilitate each child's progress through developmental milestones, increase opportunities for inclusion and enhance trusted caregiver-child relationshipsParticipate in weekly staff meeting and monthly trainings to support collaboration and interdisciplinary clinical supportParticipate in weekly reflective supervision to discuss caseloads, treatment plans, and relationship-based workFacilitate parent-child interactions to encourage a child's development; assist families to act as advocates for their childContribute to a positive work culture at our environment by establishing healthy relationships among co-workersLicense / Certification :
