Temporary Records Review Specialist

This position is responsible for reviewing case records to identify and verify case closure dates and the applicable retention period, then accurately recording this information into a spreadsheet or tracking database. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Duties

• Scans and organizes files to ensure that files are complete.
• May operate printer, scanner, and PC to view scanned or electronically received documents for image quality. May operate a multifunction device to copy, scan, and / or fax documents; ensures that machine is clean, functioning, and adequately stocked with paper.
