AR Follow-Up Supervisor

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor (VA Team).

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a standard quality audit process and perform monthly quality audits

Train new employees and conduct quarterly performance reviews for direct reports

Monitor workload and track attendance in the Management Portal and payroll system

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Medical Insurance Follow Up / insurance Collections experience is required

Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary

A healthcare RCM background is preferred

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
