A Critical Access Hospital with a Level IV Trauma Center is seeking coverage. The practice includes one Nurse Practitioner working alongside a locum MD .

• Clinic Setup : 2 exam rooms
• Patient Volume : 12-15 per day
• Procedures / Readings : Stress tests, EKGs, echocardiograms
• Clinic Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, July 7-11
• Call Requirement : None
• EMR System : EPIC
• Required Credentials : Oregon medical license, DEA, Board Certification, BLS, ACLS
