Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Winder, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field nursing, with proficiency in both OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase. This role involves providing skilled nursing care to a diverse patient population in their homes, with a focus on quality outcomes and patient education.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform in-home nursing visits and patient assessments

Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation

Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with care teams

Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses and medications

Chart visits and care activities using Homecare Homebase

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Georgia

At least 2 years of recent home health nursing experience

Strong OASIS documentation skills (required)

Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (required)

BLS certification

Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
