Job Description
The Therapist provides intensive residential therapeutic services to children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders, utilizing a therapeutic model in individual, group, and family settings.
- Engages in therapeutic activities, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and develops treatment plans with clients and families.
- Assists in discharge planning, aftercare, and transition processes, and monitors client satisfaction.
- Participates in assessments, treatment planning, and reports incidents as needed.
- Requires a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, valid driver’s license, and licensure / certification (e.g., LCMFT, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LSCSW). Must be at least 21 years old.
