A company is looking for a Desk Adjuster to handle claims efficiently and support the Loss Adjusting team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage claims of varying complexity and value in a timely manner

Apply knowledge of domestic and commercial claims processes and building structures

Direct investigations and utilize advanced negotiation skills for settlements

Required Qualifications and Education

Insurance claims experience is essential

ACII and ACILA qualifications are preferable

Full driving license required

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexible approach and adaptability to changing priorities
