Microsoft BI Specialist II

The Power BI Data Visualization Specialist will play a critical role in transforming rich data from multiple resources into visually appealing, innovative dashboards. This role focuses on thought leadership in data visualization, building dynamic models, and enhancing storytelling through impactful visual representations. The candidate will use technical expertise and creativity to address portfolio management challenges, identify patterns, and present actionable insights to drive strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and visualize data for a portfolio of over 70 projects, effectively telling the story through Power BI dashboards.
• Design and develop visually appealing dashboards, leveraging data from various sources to elevate data visualization to the next level.
• Apply thought leadership to analyze data, recommend innovations, and create dashboards that cater to evolving needs.
• Build and execute robust data models for portfolio management tasks that can adapt to future data requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, even with limited context.
• Use ETL (extract, transform, load) techniques to structure and prepare data for visualization.
• Incorporate predictive or generative capabilities to enhance insights and recommendations.
• Work conversationally and strategically, driving innovation and pushing the envelope in thought leadership.
