Role Overview :
- Lead financial statement audits by understanding client operations, processes, objectives, and risks to enhance audit quality.
- Collaborate with clients and engagement teams using modern audit technology to drive efficient, high-quality audit execution.
- Grow through mentorship, training, and team-based collaboration while delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and complete audits while managing scope, timelines, and budgets, serving as in-charge when needed.Supervise and train associates and interns, provide regular feedback, and support performance assessments.Communicate clearly with clients about expectations and relevant accounting, financial, and regulatory developments.Design audit procedures leveraging audit technology and innovation tools; research accounting and auditing matters and document conclusions.Work flexibly at client sites, in-office, or remotely while maintaining strong coordination and documentation.Build and strengthen client relationships and represent the firm at recruiting and professional networking events.Participate in formal training programs to enhance technical and professional skills.Perform other duties as assigned while upholding professional standards and confidentiality.Must-Have Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.Minimum two years of progressive public accounting experience with in-charge auditing responsibilities.CPA certification or eligibility meeting the state's education requirements.Proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards, with strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities.bility to travel up to 25 percent as needed.Preferred Qualifications :
