ADP Sr. Product Manager

This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Pasadena CA or San Dimas, CA. This is not a remote role. In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to bring our products to market. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in payment processing networks, digital wallet integrations, and fraud prevention technologies. You will drive product strategy across the full transaction lifecycle from authorization to dispute resolution, while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, risk, and external partners. This role focuses on driving improvements in transaction success, fraud prevention, and customer self-service. You will drive initiatives that reduce customer friction and inbound support calls by leveraging tools like AI chatbots and proactive transaction monitoring. We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. Whether you're in meetings with clients or sales, developers, or design, you'll be the guiding voice that helps us clarify ideas so we can create a product roadmap. You stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. You love evangelizing your product and communicate with confidence. Still, you also have the experience to take your product into the marketplace and position it competitively for maximum financial impact. To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple team's efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders. To Succeed in This Role
You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent. 5+ years of product management experience ideally in payments, fraud, and fintech. Strong background in fraud and risk mitigation strategies across online and in-person transactions. Deep understanding of card network operations, issuers, acquirers, and the full payment lifecycle. Familiarity with ISO protocols, PCI compliance, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Experience with AI / ML products, ideally in customer support and fraud detection contexts. Experience designing or integrating AI chatbots, or virtual agents for customer service use cases. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven analysis.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $63,900.00 - USD $171,180.00 / Year.
