Las Vegas Petroleum is a rapidly growing operator of travel centers, consisting of gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants. With 13 Conoco-branded C&G assets in the Las Vegas Metro area, and the ability to purchase unbranded fuel through partnerships with Phillips 66, Gulf, Sunoco, 76, and Conoco, we supply over one million gallons of fuel per month to 32 locations. As we expand across the country, we are building out our corporate team to support this growth, ensuring low prices and high service at all of our locations.

Your Role :

Your leadership will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of your Subway restaurant. You will create an environment that fosters excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and a passion for fresh food. As a General Manager, you will lead your team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety while ensuring guest satisfaction is always prioritized.

• Leadership : Hire, train, and mentor your team, building a culture of engagement and teamwork.
• Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and Subway policies.
• Financial Oversight : Manage budgeting, financial performance, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Inventory Management : Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory effectively.
• Community Engagement : Promote local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
