Financial Analyst I

FINANCIAL ANALYST I

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE FINANCIAL ANALYST I :

• Assists in reviewing routine forecasts in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas as instructed.
• Under direct supervision, responsible for conducting or assisting in the documentation of simple to moderate financial analysis projects.
• Reviews, for accuracy, routine financial and business-related reports / analyses in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
• Utilizing PC and / or mainframe-based systems and software, compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• May assist in the month end closing process.
• Analyze, reconcile, report, and prepare journal entries.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
