As a Used Car Technician , you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves , because you’re responsible for performing important vehicle service duties bumper-to-bumper. You’ll use your knowledge and skills to keep our guests safe on the road, follow safety procedures and regulations, and contribute to Norm Reeves location’s reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do :

• Diagnose mechanical issues, recommended and safety-oriented, and fix them correctly the first time
• Administer multi-point inspections and warranty repairs
• Service transmissions, air-conditioning, engine mounts, timing belts, and more
• Replace radiators and head gaskets
• Deliver guests’ cars on time, every time, as promised
• Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
• Keep work station clean at all times
• Create and maintain loyal service guest relationships
