Tax Solutions Specialist

About the Role :

In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support using professional tax preparation software. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of tax laws to empower customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting our mission of empowering prosperity.

Responsibilities :

Provide personalized tax services to clients, including tax return preparation, tax advice, and calculations.

Utilize tax preparation software to deliver accurate and efficient tax solutions.

Communicate complex tax information in an approachable and accessible manner.

Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

Educate clients on tax-related topics and provide proactive outreach to grow our client base.

Requirements :

Active EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation experience.

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing federal and state individual tax returns.

Familiarity with Circular 230.

Ability to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Interest in building a local and online presence as a tax expert, creating accessible content for the community.
