AI / ML Manager-(HC, Data governance, Data integration, end-to-end process)

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Support strategic thinking and change leadership as the organization expands into provider and core operations.
• Drive execution and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure effective change management and operational readiness during organizational expansion.
• Oversee progress of the AI initiative (Izzy Project).
• Collaborate with analytics teams, developers (India), and data scientists to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize tools such as Leidos 360 and data integration platforms to pull and contextualize data for AI initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities and maintain status tracking for cross-functional and AI-related initiatives.
