Available shifts :

7 pm-7 am (3 days a week, no weekends)

7 am - 7 pm Baylor shift (every Saturday and Sunday)

7 pm- 11 pm (seven days a week)

Same Day Pay!

$30-$39 an hour

Responsibilities of LPN :

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
