You will manage appointments, communicate service needs and repair recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.ResponsibilitiesSchedule service appointments via phone or in person to promptly diagnose vehicle issuesUpdate customers on repair status and obtain approval for any revised estimatesRecommend necessary repairs and maintenance clearly and manage customer expectationsEnsure all repairs undergo quality control checks and road tests before deliveryMaintain updated knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, campaigns, and service bulletinsMeet or exceed all service level targetsComplete required documentation accurately and comply with regulatory standardsFollow and enforce safety policies and proceduresParticipate in all staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programsPerform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

Job Requirement:QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAt least one year of experience at a dealership or large service facility preferredValid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving recordProfessional, dependable, and safety-conscious attitudeStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic computer and internet proficiencyAbility to read and comprehend service instructionsProfessional appearance and solid work ethicPhysical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
