Senior Litigation Associate

A national law firm is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Denver office. This is a long-term opportunity for a motivated attorney with 4+ years of experience in defense litigation, particularly in areas such as personal injury, general liability, transportation, and catastrophic injury.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a full litigation caseload independently, from inception through resolution. This includes trial preparation, court appearances, mediations, depositions, and collaboration with senior attorneys and partners. The role offers direct client interaction with a national exposure and the chance to work with sophisticated matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies
• Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines efficiently
