2-5 year General Litigator

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing firm. This position offers a diverse range of litigation matters and the opportunity to represent clients in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general litigation principles, enjoy handling cases from inception through trial, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial stages.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and advocate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
