Engineer Processer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Engineer Processer.

Position Type : Full-Time Contract

Duration : 9 months

Location : Bethpage, NY

As an Engineer Processer,  you will :

• Design and plan layout for such processes as hardening, washing, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, painting, plating, and other material-processing operations.
• Plan sequence of operations and specifies procedures for cutting, shaping, and otherwise preparing basic material, exercising judgment in compromising between conflicting requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator effectiveness and comfort.
• Conduct tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such variables as temperature, density, specific gravity, pressure, and viscosity.
• Establish and submit processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment.
• Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Design sequence of operations and specify procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.
• Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
• Incumbent to be experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
