Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior / Lead Information Security Architect to design secure cloud architectures, perform system threat modeling, and propose effective security controls for critical workloads.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS cloud security, enterprise security frameworks, and the ability to simplify complex security topics for technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and produce system threat models for integration of commercial components into a data lake platform.
- Design secure AWS cloud architectures and propose effective security controls.
- Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within applications and environments.
- Simplify complex security topics for decision-making and communicate risk accurately.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to achieve security objectives.
- Evolve and mature models, templates, standards, and procedures for secure application development and architecture.
- Consult with development teams to align with security policies and standards.
- Review and create secure application and infrastructure designs and patterns.
- Analyze threat models and assess business impact based on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate and secure CI / CD pipeline design and integrate security-focused tooling.
- Support secure application architecture across geographically distributed teams.
- Participate in recruiting activities and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in information security architecture.Expertise in AWS cloud security and securing critical workloads.Strong knowledge of system threat modeling and vulnerability mitigation.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-53.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and lead discussions with technical and business teams.Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as GCAD or GDSA.Experience with Databricks, Starburst, Collibra, and Immuta.Familiarity with SAFe methodology.Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.Education : Bachelors Degree
