Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend meetings; assist with creation of meeting materials
- Gathers and documents client needs, project requirements, and action items
- Prepare and share notes with the internal team
- Assist in coordinating strategy and campaign execution, including
- Schedule creation and adhering to schedules for campaigns
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring projects are delivered on budget
- Prepare and track client approval of cost estimates / client ATP
- Copy, data and art trafficking, including coordinating kick-off meetings and vendor schedules, as well as gathering all necessary approvals
- Manage internal K2D job intake forms as appropriate
- Keep team up to date on campaign progress
- Effectively manage day-to-day communication with clients, team members, partner agencies, outside consultants and vendors to provide superior customer service, including integrating with offline / online teams as appropriate for a wide variety of projects
- Review and approve vendor invoices, reconcile final costs as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in webinars and attend conferences / workshops to expand skills.Share relevant findings with K2D staff at team meetings, staff meetings, etc.Acquire and maintain technical certifications related to area of expertise.Other duties as assigned.Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Team members who are most successful in this role typically have 1-2 years’ relevant project management experienceComputer skills including fluency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)Proven organizational skills, ability to manage time and adhere to deadlines, project management, problem solving skills, and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple projects across multiple clientsExcellent customer / client service skills and the ability to work in a team environmentStrong communication skills in both written and oral with the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients and colleaguesTechnically curious and unafraid to ask questions and try new thingsBackground in nonprofits or caused-based marketing highly preferredPreference will be given to candidates who can work a hybrid schedule in our Arlington, VA officeBenefits
