Base pay range : $70,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types : Commission

We're looking for a recruitment consultant who thrives on building deep relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional results. What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle : business development, client management, search delivery, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with founders, security leaders, and VC talent teams to help them hire elite cybersecurity and software talent.
• Develop and execute creative go-to-market strategies to win new clients and expand Hampton North's presence in key accounts.
• Build and nurture high-value candidate networks across cybersecurity, engineering, and leadership disciplines.
• Manage searches end-to-end, from briefing and mapping to shortlisting, closing, and post-placement support.
• Contribute to Hampton North's growth strategy by helping shape best practices, GTM strategy, and client engagement.
