Job descriptionHourly pay : $21 – $25, based on experience and qualifications. Weekend hours paid at 1.5× hourly rate. Competitive salary, scheduled raise program, and 401(k) with 4 % match after 1 year. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. About The Job
The Clinical Family Coaching (CFC) team is growing. As a Clinical Technician you will provide direct support to clients and families during in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions. You will work closely with Clinical Supervisors and multidisciplinary team members to implement behavior plans, collect data, and support skill acquisition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 6 months of paid experience working with individuals with Special Needs.
- Own reliable transportation for client homes.
- Availability 10am-6pm; full-time (30+ hours) with potential overtime.
