Sylvan Learning Center has immediate openings for part-time, certified teachers in elementary, middle, and high school math and reading. When you become a member of the Sylvan team, you will work with caring, bright, motivated people who share a passion for helping students reach academic goals and achieve success in school and in life.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree: State level teaching certification preferred, but not necessary for instruction.
• Confidence in teaching a variety of ages and learning levels.
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.

How It Works

• Teach students in a 3:1 student-teacher ratio.
• Lesson plans prepared for you.
• Paid training to deliver Sylvan Learning’s proven personal approach.
• Schedule: Sylvan is open for instruction Monday – Thursday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings. We offer very flexible scheduling opportunities!
