Looking to bring your field expertise to projects that actually make a difference ? We’re hiring a Senior Resident Project Representative to join a leading team focused on the construction of critical water and wastewater infrastructure in the Phoenix metro area.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on-site, communicates with confidence, and knows the ins and outs of construction management, inspection, and contractor coordination. You'll be the eyes and ears of our engineering team—making sure high-quality work gets delivered safely, on time, and on spec.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing :

• Oversee daily site inspections and ensure contractor compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct special inspections in areas of qualified expertise.
• Lead construction progress meetings and maintain detailed field documentation.
• Review RFIs, submittals, RFCs , and change orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and provide feedback on project schedules, schedule updates, and schedule of values .
• Monitor contractor record drawings and maintain the project punch list in coordination with engineers.
• Evaluate and recommend contractor pay applications .
• Support start-up and commissioning efforts alongside project teams.
