We're looking for a  Software Engineering Manager  to guide our talented developers, shape our technical vision, and drive the execution of impactful projects across our organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll influence architecture decisions, foster a culture of excellence, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring cutting-edge products to life.

What You'll Do

• Lead with vision :  Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Drive strategy :  Define and implement development best practices, technical standards, and long-term architectural plans.
• Own delivery :  Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally :  Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Innovate continuously :  Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance team productivity and product capabilities.
• Grow talent :  Support career development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Champion quality :  Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through reviews and process improvements.
