We are partnering with a nonprofit technology consulting organization that advises government agencies, institutions, and businesses on IT strategy, communications systems, and program management. They are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to support a variety of design needs across print, digital, and events. This role is key in rolling out a refreshed brand identity and ensuring visual consistency across the organization’s wide-ranging initiatives.
- Contract through end of year for now, possibility of extension
- MUST reside in the state of New York; work is remote
- Up to $34 / hr - weekly pay
- 30-40 hours a week
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce a variety of print products (brochures, reports, signage, event collateral, etc.)Support the rollout of a new logo and updated brand identity across internal and external materialsDevelop engaging layouts for internal communications, events, and programsCreate visually compelling PowerPoint templates and presentations aligned with brand guidelinesPartner with teams to design event / program collateral that enhances organizational visibilityWork efficiently with Canva for quick-turn needs while leveraging Adobe Creative Suite for advanced design projectsEnsure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverablesQualifications
2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within consulting, professional services, or nonprofit sectorsStrong portfolio showcasing print design expertise and brand applicationProficiency in Canva, Microsoft Word, and PowerPointSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-driven environmentIdeal Candidate
