Assistant Spa Manager
Successful luxury spa seeking a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Spa Manager with a strong sales background to join our talented team and growing spa. Our Leadership Team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team-oriented environment. The Assistant Spa Manager is vital in helping achieve this goal, as they will motivate and organize our team!
This is a full time sales position where customer service skills are essential. The ideal candidate for this job will possess strong communication and organizational skills as well.
Qualifications as follows :
- 2-4 years strong Sales background
- 2-4 years Management experience in retail / sales
- Ability to drive team to achieve sales goals
- Leadership skills to guide staff to operate at peak efficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Self-starter and multi-tasker
- Flexible schedule - Weekends and evenings are required
