Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic campus hires to join our Platform Engineering team. This role focuses on learning and contributing to building cloud-native platforms, enabling developer productivity, and supporting AI-enabled solutions. Fresh graduates will gain hands-on experience with modern tools and practices such as DevSecOps, CI / CD, and observability while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in setting up and configuring cloud platforms and developer tools like Backstage for self-service capabilities for Developers. (Internal Developer Platform – IDP)
Support integration of AI-enabled solutions (including Agentic AI) into cloud environments under guidance.
Help in configuring and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and Grafana for platform and AI usage metrics.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth integration of AI tools and platform components.
Learn and contribute to operationalizing cloud platforms with CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and similar tools.
Gain exposure to DevSecOps principles by assisting in implementing security and compliance checks in CI / CD pipelines.
Participate in scripting and automation tasks to improve platform efficiency and developer experience.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell preferred).
Knowledge of containers (Docker) and willingness to learn Kubernetes (Container orchestration and management platform).
Interest in AI technologies and cloud-native development practices.
Preferred Skills :
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Basic knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevSecOps concepts.
Basic knowledge of AI Application use cases (GenAI, AI Agents, and Agentic AI)
Understanding of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus – Monitoring and Logging practices.
Networking fundamentals.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
