Trillium Construction is seeking a Concrete Project Manager for a direct hire role with a design-build commercial construction company founded in 1988. This firm specializes in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, restaurants, retail stores, marine facilities, and is a leader in tilt-wall and large-scale flatwork projects across Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities : -Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial concrete projects -Manage tilt-wall and flatwork operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery -Serve as client liaison and coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors -Oversee budgets, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation in Procore / Primavera -Enforce OSHA standards and maintain quality control

Qualifications : -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred -5+ years of experience managing commercial concrete projects (tilt-wall / flatwork) -Strong proficiency with Procore, Primavera, and related software -Proven leadership, communication, and client relations skills
