🧑‍⚕️ Position Summary :

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative clinic environment. You’ll deliver high-quality services ranging from preventive care to diagnosis and treatment, while upholding our commitment to respectful and culturally competent care. 💙

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Provide direct patient care – preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services

✅ Conduct thorough patient exams & health screenings

✅ Maintain accurate and timely medical records

✅ Mentor providers in training 🩺

✅ Participate in quality improvement initiatives

✅ Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required

✅ Comply with OSHA and clinic safety standards

✅ Ensure all care and referrals align with regulatory standards

Job Requirements

🎓 Qualifications :

🎓 MD or DO from an accredited medical school

✅ Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine

🗓️ At least 3 years of experience in primary care (FQHC or underserved populations preferred)

📄 Active Oregon medical license, DEA registration, and CPR certification

🏥 Familiarity with FQHC operations and healthcare regulations

🤝 Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills

🌎 Cultural competency in working with diverse patient populations

🌙 Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shifts
