Brookside Country Club in Macungie, Pennsylvania, is currently seeking candidates to join our culinary team. Part-time and full-time positions available. We are looking for motivated, dependable candidates, with solid, fundamental cooking skills who have a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Duties :

• Operate and maintain equipment properly
• Breakdown and clean station daily
• Proper rotation of products and stock
• Complete prep work as assigned
• Communicate effectively with service staff, kitchen staff, and managers
• Follow and prepare recipes as required
• Adhere to all kitchen and ServSafe policies for food handling

Qualifications :

Must be over 18 years of age

Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods

Must have a MINIMUM of 1 year of previous cooking experience

Some weekends and holidays are required

Job Types : Part-time, Full-time

Pay : $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
