Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative primarily in the Commercial/Multi-Family sector to join our team! This candidate must have experience in sales—specifically in roofing and construction. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities in Roofing and Restoration. Houston is a large market, and we are looking for a key individual to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business to achieve revenue goals
• Prospect and contact potential customers including General Contractors, Property Managers, and other owners
• Promote products/services including low-slope roofing (TPO, mod bit, PVC, etc.) and steep-slope roofing (shingles, metal, tile, etc.)
• Reach agreed-upon sales goals throughout the year
• Attend sales appointments
• Ability to estimate is a major plus
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of developments
• Create sales materials to present to customers

Qualifications

• MUST be a motivated self-starter who can build and manage their own book of business
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to estimate, build quotes, and submit final proposals to clients
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
