Job Description :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Boca Raton office. This role is responsible for pulling service documents from court websites and accurately entering case details into our system of record. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

Retrieve legal service documents from online court websites.

Enter and update case details in company systems with a high level of accuracy.

Verify and cross-check information for completeness.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal data.

Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.

Qualifications :

Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to navigate court and government websites.

Proficiency with computers, databases, and online systems.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
