A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process prior authorization requests for medications

Required Qualifications

PharmD or equivalent degree in pharmacy

Active pharmacist license in the state of practice

Experience in prior authorization or managed care pharmacy
