Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing daily operations and team schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Train and mentor new staff members to uphold company standards and values.
• Ownership of the client cleaning schedule including booking new sales.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Follow up on quotes.

What We Are Looking For :

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus.

Compensation : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
