IT Support Tech (Level 1-2)

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Technician (Level 1–2) to help keep our growing dealership group running smoothly. This role is the go-to person for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving technology across multiple locations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and other systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support phone systems, cameras, and dealership technology (Wi-Fi, POS, Motility, etc.).
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager and other departments to improve system performance and efficiency.
• All other duties as assigned
