Are you ready to take your leadership and technical skills to the next level in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility ? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Building Operations Supervisor to lead our operations team and help shape the future of our community from the ground up.

This is more than just a maintenance role — it’s a chance to build your legacy in a cutting-edge environment where your expertise will directly impact the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents and staff.

As the go-to expert for all things facilities, you’ll :

  • Lead and mentor a skilled team across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more).
  • Oversee and perform hands-on maintenance in a high-tech, modern building.
  • Ensure compliance and safety across all systems — from HVAC to life safety protocols.
  • Manage preventative maintenance programs , work orders, and inspections with precision.
  • Collaborate across departments to support events, resident needs, and community initiatives.
  • Help shape the culture and efficiency of a brand-new facility from day one.

Requirements : What You Bring :

  • 10+ years of experience in building maintenance, with strong supervisory skills.
  • Master-level knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • A passion for team development , problem-solving, and delivering top-tier service.
  • A valid South Carolina driver’s license and a commitment to safety and excellence.
