Compensation Range : $60,000 – $75,000 / year

Job Description :

Responsible for supporting and maintaining connected clinical devices, IT infrastructure, and networking systems within a healthcare environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Support, troubleshoot, and maintain connected clinical devices (e.g., patient monitors, pumps, beds, sensors).

Collaborate with IT teams to manage network infrastructure, wireless technology, and desktop systems.

Assist in basic cybersecurity measures such as endpoint protection, vulnerability checks, and segmentation.

Perform on-site problem resolution and technical support across multiple healthcare facilities.

Participate in technology upgrades, system integration, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements : Must-Haves :

Technical school certification.

• 5 years in the computer industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of network communications, wireless technology, and desktop hardware / software.
• CCNA / CCNP or equivalent certification.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience in a healthcare environment.
