• Job Summary Conduct microbiology research to support Ralco’s animal health and crop product products.
• Responsibilities include performing assays (MICs, enzyme activity, antibiotic resistance, qPCR, etc.), maintaining lab supplies and operations, recording data, and collaborating with the research team.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in microbiology or related field or equivalent lab experience, strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Preferred experience includes aseptic lab techniques and method design.
