OT Pediatrics

Description :

• All therapy / rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process Marshfield credentialing and onboarding requirements. All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the Marshfield credentialing team. Marshfield's HR will reach out to the traveler directly alongside our Vaya compliance team throughout the onboarding process to collect these requirements.
• PT, SLP, & OT placements will be required to submit the following requirements within 1 week of signing - These documents are required for the credentialing application and failure to complete these timely could result in a pushed start date - DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, & minimum of 3 references 2 peers and 1 department chair (need name and email address)
• Outpatient Pediatric OT experience required

Call requirement : No

Weekend requirement : No

Required : 1yr exp, Outpatient Pediatric OT exp, BLS, WI State License, and Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy

Pending license accepted. Must have active WI license prior to start

Preferred : NBCOT & Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy
