A hybrid work arrangement—requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office—is available after 12 months of employment.

• Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for structural design and construction support services for public works projects serving municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State. Key responsibilities include preparing engineering reports, performing structural calculations, and developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The role also includes construction support duties such as reviewing submittals, resolving construction issues, and conducting field observations.

• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
• Minimum of five years of structural engineering experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Compensation and Benefits :
• We offer a competitive compensation package, with an anticipated total salary (including year-end bonus) ranging from $105,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience. xmcpwfu Our comprehensive benefits package includes :
