Job descriptionLead website enhancement projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within scope. Manage projects in alignment with organizational standards and methodologies, from intake to closure. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering accountability and collaboration. Identify and assess risks, driving timely decisions to mitigate potential issues. Apply Waterfall methodology to project planning and execution. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Utilize expertise in IT project management to optimize processes and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of updates and improvements. Maintain adherence to organizational protocols and certifications throughout the project lifecycle. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or website-focused projects. PMP Certification is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Waterfall methodology and project execution. Proven ability to manage website optimization and update initiatives. Strong communication skills to hold team members accountable and foster collaboration. Demonstrated ability to assess risks and drive decisions effectively. Familiarity with organizational standards and certifications.
