Department : Hershey Experience & Food Service
Summary of Role : This entrepreneurial role will support National Food Service team in building Hershey brands' relevance in the Food Service channel. This role involves marrying customer priorities with deep consumer insight / data and our brand growth ambitions to identify joint programming that will fuel consumer demand. Focus will be on communication and collaboration with the Food Service customer team to drive customer buy-in and programming execution. Key cross-functional collaborators will be Brand Managers, Portfolio Innovation, R&D, Strategy, Insights as well as Supply Chain.

Candidate should possess a high level of analytical acumen and proven ability to manage ambiguity with creative thinking and problem solving. Candidate should have the ability to demonstrate a quantitative skillset as a requirement : proficient in excel, analytical skills, data management, etc. Experience in PlanEx preferred, not mandatory.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :
Education Bachelor's degree required, specifically in Marketing, Business, or other related field.
Experience At least 3-4 years of marketing experience Food Service Operations experience preferred.
