The State of Michigan is looking for : Business Analyst 4 Max Bill Rate : - / hour Top Skills & Years of Experience : - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including matrix management experience leading business, technology, and testing teams - 5+ years of experience in scope & requirements management, quality management, and test management approaches and processes - Strong project management skills to help facilitate tasks execution status of each project area; escalate risk areas as needed; coordinate all project activities and provide expertise throughout the design, development, and implementation phases. Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. - Will close submissions on : 10 / 29 / 25 at 10am EST - Interview Process : Virtual Interviews via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared to share screen if asked. Multiple rounds are possible. - Duration : 1 year with desire for contractor to eventually convert to fulltime with SOMI.
