Job Purpose

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our existing operation, driving process improvement projects and developing dashboards and real-time analytics to support upper management decision. In this role, you will collaborate with Operations Managers to drive understanding of operational and financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, create, troubleshoot Power BI system
  1. Hold regular, scheduled trainings on systems/processes/software /products used by the company
• Address internal mistakes by incorporating them into trainings and developing reports
• Work flow analysis and troubleshooting
• Call tree analysis and maintenance
• Documentation flow
• Time studies
• "Secret shopper" trials
• Assist with operational forecasting:
  1. Staff needed in each location
  2. Systems needed to maintain SLA
  3. KPI analysis and monitoring
  4. Flowcharting Processes
• New office implementation project management
• Interim Manager role if needed for any of the customer service departments

Basic Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ year relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or IT role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail with a high level of data integrity and accuracy
• Proven ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and charting
• Great people and teaching skills
• Ability to handle stressful and delicate situations with tact, diplomacy, attention to their importance, and understanding of responsibility involved
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical skills
