About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated

Outpatient Pediatric Physician to join our team in Reading, PA. The ideal

candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional pediatric care in an

outpatient setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive salary exceeding

$175,000 - $200,000 DOE

Details :

• NICU handles all deliveries
• One in 5-6 weekends

One night of call per week with

overnight triage service, with minimal call responsibilities

Work out of the Wyomissing office

and one of the other three offices on a rotating basis

Provide comprehensive pediatric

care to patients in an outpatient setting

Collaborate with a

multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date

medical records

Engage in continuous professional

development and education

Requirements :

Medical degree from an accredited

medical school

Board certification or eligibility

in Pediatrics

Valid medical license in the state

of Pennsylvania

Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a

fast-paced environment
