Key Responsibilities :

• Design and optimize electrical control systems for switchgear assemblies in alignment with engineering standards, applicable codes, and customer specifications.
• Analyze and interpret customer specifications and agreements to ensure compliance and high satisfaction levels.
• Program design layouts and manage files within a computerized system efficiently.
• Develop and refine PLC programs to improve system functionality and performance.
• Redesign existing systems to enhance quality and productivity while minimizing costs.
• Select and evaluate electrical and electronic components for optimal control system performance.
• Initiate purchase orders for necessary components and materials.
• Act as a technical resource for field support, assisting customers, service personnel, and the sales force in resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design, and quality challenges, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute innovative ideas for new product development and keep abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies.
• Travel to job sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all quality and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
