is seeking a

Plant Worker

will be responsible for performing industrial labor and other physically demanding work outdoors, under potentially adverse conditions, as well as within the facility / plant work environment. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering

NEW higher wage ,

$26.50 Hourly, paid weekly,

along with career growth and advancement opportunities. We are searching for a safety-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in Kimball, NE. 4- 12-hour rotating (days / nights shifts per week . This is a great opportunity for college students or recent high school grads wanting to gain work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times

Operates industrial equipment, included but not limited to forklift

Performs general labor throughout the facility to preparing materials for the incineration process

Ensures the safety of him or herself as well as those around them

Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions necessary to prevent injury

Follows all standard operating procedures

Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent- required

Previous experience with industrial or manual labor

NEW! Willing to train on forklift operation

Ability to work in adverse environments (cold / heat)

Ability to work in team environment

DOT Training

Proficiency in Windows based applications

Climb on and off forklifts

Ability to perform multiple tasks

Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste

Climb up and down vertical ladders

Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force

20 / 20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical

10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)

Good hand / eye coordination

Punctuality and attendance required

Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)

An excellent commitment to health and safety

Background check, physical and drug screen- required

Must work rotating shifts Days / Nights- required

Valid US DL- required
